Descriptive Continuum Series
Introduction
In this series, we aim to dive deeper into certain books, beyond just the words on the pages. Sometimes what's written in the book might not immediately strike the mind of a new reader. At other times, it may feel like there's just not enough for the curious reader. In this discourse, I wish to share my thoughts about certain points or passages, that I had encountered as a new reader— those that left me with questions and a need for further reflection. The descriptions might be to elaborate a point already stated by the author or to describe a new idea that I had felt necessary as a reader.
However, I’d like to make a request to the reader: Please only read these reflections after you've already engaged with the book yourself. It’s in that context—after you've formed your own thoughts—that I believe these insights will be most valuable.
So, by this assumption that the reader already read the original manuscript, I take the liberty to state only the points that are necessary, and not just repeat the words of the author. I intend to take it page after page and word for word, and while this will certainly take time, I kindly ask for the reader's patience.
Lastly, and most importantly, I must state that I am no expert in the field, and it's certain that I must have made mistakes. If you notice any, please don't hesitate to offer suggestions or constructive criticism. I am always more than happy to receive them.
